The undersigned company is applying to make a purchases at Raven Hydronic Supply Ltd and agrees to abide by the standard terms and conditions of Raven Hydronic Supply Ltd as listed below.

General Terms and Conditions: (1.)Terms: Net 30 Days. (2.) A service charge of 2% per month will be added to all past due invoices (3.) No additional credit will be extended to past due accounts unless satisfactory arrangements are made with our credit department. (4.) Customers who do not have an existing account are required to make payment for their first order upfront through either a deposit or full payment. The process of applying for credit does not exempt customers from this policy.
